Instantly.
Odours almost always come from organic compounds. OxyFesh works the second it comes into contact with the compund, denaturing it at the source, eliminating the odour at the route instantly, then evaporates leaving a zero-residue odour elimination.
None.
We are strongly against adding a fragrance to our odour eliminator for a handfull of reasons. Firstly, alot of companies use fragrances to mask the fact that their product does not eliminate odours, and we find this unethical.
Secondly, fragrances almost always react with the effectiveness of an odour eliminator, meaning that you require a lot more chemical in order to counteract the fragrance to be effective.
We at OxyVate are big believers in the whole 'less is more' philosophy, where most people do not want to use alot of chemicals in their environment and keep it as natural and 'chemical free' as possible.
Thirdly, most people want to apply their own fragrances to their room afterwards, and we do not want our fragrance to clash with their fragrance of choice.
It depends.
Odours which were made from a one-off event, such as smells which came from an animal relieving itself or a spill will not come back as long as it was treated adequately the first time.Sometimes the problem penetrates deeper into the material or surface, which might require multiple applications to get all the smell out, but once it is treated the smell will not return as OxyFresh denatures the odour-generating compounds.
Yes.
Our OxyFresh has been used for over 10 years by vets and animal rescue services to manage odours in their vehicles and centres.
The active ingredient inside OxyFresh is the same that is found inside our OxyFect disinfectant, which is used in over 300 dental clinics countrywide, over 20 hospitals as an oral wash as well as to disinfect wounds and surfaces. If it is safe enough for those environments, it is safe enough for your home.
OxyFresh is safe as long as it's used as directed.
Our OxyFresh has been tested by over 10 car manufacturers in the vehicle's upholstery and interior and has been approved to be used on new cars prior to delivery. It is pretty safe, however we always recommend to test the product in an inconspicuous place before thorough application.
When the solution is a greenish yellow, the OxyFresh is active. Once it goes clear it is no longer active and you need to add another tablet.
If kept out of direct sunlight, OxyFresh will last up to 6 weeks once added to water.
Do not store the product on a window shelf or in direct sunlight, as this will degrade the chemical within hours.
OxyFresh tablets can last over 2 years if kept unopened in their foil packaging.
